HSE Coordinator H/F

Roles and responsibilities
As HSE Coordinator, you will support the dedicated vessels and operational cells in applying Bourbon’s HSE standards and strategy.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting compliance with HSE standards across the allocated fleet;
- Monitoring the fleet’s HSE performance and contributing to improvement plans;
- Monitoring and analysing risks, and helping reduce them across the allocated fleet;
- Promoting HSE awareness and contributing to the continuous improvement of QHSE practices.
You will perform your duties on a B2B basis, following a rotation schedule of 7 weeks ON / 7 weeks OFF.
Qualifications, Skills and Experiences
- Degree or equivalent qualification in HSE;
- 2 to 3 years of experience in an HSE role;
- Knowledge of HSE regulations and maritime standards;
- Skills in incident investigation and risk analysis;
- Familiarity with standard HSE indicators, such as TRIR, LTIR and RWC;
- Knowledge of HSE tools and processes, including TBT, JSA, PTW, LMRA and MOC;
- A strong HSE culture and the ability to engage teams in continuous improvement.
